Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) Farmington, Missouri
This position provides direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting, supporting adult and geriatric patients with complex clinical needs. Responsibilities include caring for ventilated patients, interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, and starting and maintaining intravenous access while documenting care using the required charting system. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Missouri (MO) license (submit without license OK; requires MO or compactno issuance if tied to another compact state); Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required; at least 2 years of experience (first-timers accepted: No); experience requirements include care of ventilated patients, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, and starting and maintaining intravenous (IV) lines; flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only)
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience (if applicable)
• Additional Information: Patient ratio expectation on nights: 1:2-3; weekend coverage every other weekend is required; charting system: EPIC; patient population: adults and geriatrics; daily census: 6; unit equipment/skills focus includes ventilator care and dysrhythmia management; clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs, including potential float to the Med Surg line if not needed in the ICU; on-call requirement: indicated as Yes
