Job Duties/Responsibilities Monthly/Quarterly accounting in QuickBooks Monthly/Quarterly Bank Reconciliations Monthly/Quarterly Financial Statement Preparation Year-end close (adjusting and depreciation entries) Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable State Registrations (payroll and sales tax) Consulting Projects as assigned Who Will Thrive Here We're looking for someone who is meticulous about their work without losing sight of the people behind the numbers. Communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
