We are seeking an on call Janitor/ Housekeeper Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor Job Purpose Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned Cross train to back up Laundry Department when needed Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manor Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
