SBM Management Services is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter (Spanish) to support frontline hiring across the Portsmouth, NH area. This onsite role is based out of Iowa and Colorado while partnering closely with Operations and Human Resources to coordinate recruiting, hiring events, onboarding support, and regional staffing needs.

The role focuses on building effective recruiting strategies for assigned sites and ensuring staffing gaps are addressed quickly and consistently, while sharing best
