Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist to support both revenue growth and supply chain operations. This individual will play a key role in building client relationships, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of products in the TN, NC, SC & KY regions Key Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Representative / Procurement Specialist to support both revenue growth and supply chain operations. This individual will play a key role in building client relationships, managing vendor partnerships, and ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of products in the TN, NC, SC & KY regions Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Source products from suppliers while negotiating pricing, terms, and availability
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, vendor communications, and inventory needs
- Prior experience in sales, procurement, supply chain, or a related field preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Strong relationship-building abilities with both clients and vendors
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly
