This role includes both initial patient assessments and routine skilled nursing visits , with compensation structured per visit or hourly depending on the case and service provided . This position is ideal for nurses who are confident working independently, experienced in home health, and skilled in completing thorough, accurate clinical documentation that supports patient care planning. RN visit notes and assessments are used to: Support the development and revision of the patient’s Plan of Care Justify skilled nursing services Meet payer and regulatory requirements Attention to detail and timely completion of notes is essential.
