About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid state compact license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: Charting system experience preferred Description: The role involves working in the operating room. Candidates must have experience circulating and recovering patients. Endoscopy experience is required. The daily patient ratio during the day shift is anticipated to be manageable. On-call duty will be required two days a week, including holidays and weekends. Local radius for candidates is 50 miles. Candidates may also float to nearby facilities as needed. References will be required from the past year. Working during three of the five major holidays is essential. All requests for time off must be submitted upfront. Inflexibility with scheduling may result in termination of the contract. Communication devices will be provided for the assignment. Candidates should not contact facility staff directly unless instructed for an interview.
