Temporary Field Organizer: Recruit & Train Volunteers

The Maricopa County Democratic Party is seeking temporary Field Organizers to help elect state and local positions on the ballot. You will recruit, train, and manage volunteers and support the county-wide organizing program under the Regional Political Director. Ideal candidates will have campaign or community organizing experience, strong Google Workspace skills, and the ability to work weekends.
