Talent Acquisition Manager

Talent Acquisition Manager- Direct Hire Location: Monroe, LA Industry: Electrical Construction & Skilled Trades Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Salary: $50,000-$85,000 Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience will be considered. Professional certifications in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR are a plus. Experience Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources. Experience recruiting for construction, electrical contracting, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments preferred. Proven success sourcing and hiring electricians, apprentices, foremen, superintendents, project managers, and other skilled professionals. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and social media sourcing tools. Strong interviewing, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods. Ability to travel locally for job fairs, trade schools, networking events, and recruiting functions as needed. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Duties Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning and sourcing through hiring and onboarding. Develop recruiting strategies to attract skilled trades, electrical construction personnel, and corporate professionals. Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, social media, and industry networks. Partner with hiring managers and project leaders to forecast workforce needs and fill critical positions. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiations, and hiring coordination. Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS records, and improve candidate experience and hiring processes. Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and workforce development programs.
