Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the IT Department with general administrative tasks and processes, supplying excellent customer service, and helping manage departmental projects. Specific areas include: help desk support and ownership, correspondence scheduling, bill processing, operational support, and project management. Job Description: Job Responsibilities Oversee organizational needs and day-to-day operations of the IT department, specifically on the IT Operations side. Triage, prioritize, and schedule IT support tasks and provide status communication and excellent customer service to Pine Cove staff requesting support. Coordinate basic support for Pine Cove's core operational systems, including, but not limited to, Jumpcloud, ClickUp, Google Workspace, iCampPro, Workday, and Salesforce (no previous experience req'd). Assist with escalating issues as needed to Pine Cove staff engineers or technology vendors using clear written and verbal communication. Manage other administrative needs of the IT department including bill processing, overseeing the IT maintenance calendar, and supporting team members in these and other processes. Responsible for other tasks as directed.
