Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies to facilitate their goal achievement.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive capabilities, and activities of daily living.
• Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and their families about therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their optimal path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
