### Join Our Dynamic Team as a Radiologic Technologist I! **Job Description:** - Be a key player in delivering exceptional patient care by obtaining diagnostic radiographic examinations at a technical level that empowers your independence. - Utilize your expertise in positioning patients and selecting proper technical factors tailored to individual needs for optimal imaging results. - Master the skill of restricting radiation exposure using advanced cone and collimation devices, ensuring patient safety. - Perform portable x-ray examinations in various settings including patient rooms, operating rooms, and emergency rooms. - Efficiently identify and label patient films with accuracy, ensuring each film is properly marked for reliable results. - Take charge by developing and processing exposed x-ray films with meticulous attention to detail. - Maintain organized patient requisitions with required information, showcasing your commitment to quality care. - Keep the x-ray room in top-notch condition, ensuring it remains a safe and efficient environment for all. - Prepare and assist with radiopaque contrast media alongside physicians, enhancing diagnostic capabilities. - Engage in administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing instructions with a friendly demeanor. - Provide compassionate assistance to patients, tailored to their individual mobility and comfort needs. - Lift a minimum of 5 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 10 lbs., and stand for a minimum of 6 hours a day while delivering outstanding care. - Communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, adapting care to meet age, cultural, and linguistic needs. - Uphold the standards outlined in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies, reinforcing your professional role. **Requirements:** - **Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. - Completion of clinical and A.R.R.T. requirements. - **Experience:** - 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (3 years preferred). - **Skills:** - Strong communication skills. - Experience with manifold systems in a cath lab; scrub assist and table-side experience required. - **Certifications:** - Must possess New Jersey State License. - Must meet National Registry requirements and pass the requisite examination. - AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required. - **Schedule:** - CATH LAB SETTING: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 4 x 10 schedule. - Weekends and holidays are required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
