If you enjoy baking, love donuts, and take pride in producing high-quality products, we would love to meet you.Our Bakers prepare fresh products according to Dunkin' recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures. They work as part of a team to maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure our guests receive the quality products they expect.This position has a late afternoon start time and requires availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.Responsibilities Include:Prepare donuts, baked goods, and other products according to Dunkin' recipes and procedures.Follow all brand, quality, portioning, and presentation standards.Ensure products are fresh, properly stocked, and ready to serve.Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation.Complete required cleaning and sanitation tasks.Follow all food safety, cleanliness, restaurant safety, and security procedures.Arrive on time and ready to work for each scheduled shift.Take accountability for assigned responsibilities and completing tasks accurately.Work cooperatively with other team members to meet the needs of the restaurant.Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures.Qualifications:Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.Able to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Previous baking or food-service experience is helpful but not required.
