As our Event Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in making every event a success. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop and execute outreach programs.
• Manage group bookings and respond to organization inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude when handling guest interactions.
• Help foster relationships with local organizations to drive engagement and bookings.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with guests and partners.
• A positive attitude and the ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and care.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure every event runs smoothly.
