Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is hiring Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing facility in Waco. What You'll Do

• Inspect finished products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform visual inspections and identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies
• Check product dimensions, appearance, weight, and overall quality
• Follow established quality procedures and specifications
• Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate team members
• Document inspection results accurately
• Separate or identify non-conforming products
• Work closely with machine operators and production team members to address quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality guidelines

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, quality inspection, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify differences and defects in products
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work day or night shifts
