Job Details:

• Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) | Clinic
• Location: New Hope, Minnesota
• Schedule: Day Shift | 10 hours/day Hours: 80 hours per 2-week pay period
• Weekends & On-Call: None
• Employment Type: Permanent | Full - time - Direct Hire
• Pay Range: $22.23 – $27.37 per hour (based on years of experience) + Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support providers and manage patient flow throughout the clinic. Patients range from infants to geriatric populations, requiring individualized and collaborative care.

-> Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform phlebotomy as needed
• Provide telephone support and assist with prescription refills
• Support front desk/check-in activities
• Order and stock supplies
• Assist with prior authorizations
• Perform clinic laboratory tests
• Perform x-ray duties if certified and assigned

-> Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP) OR
• Graduate of an accredited RMA program with on-the-job experience and successful RMA certification
• Previous clinical experience
• Current BLS certification
