Respiratory Therapist Opportunity - Twisp, WA

MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team near Twisp, Washington . If you're passionate about patient care and want to be part of a supportive team in a beautiful location, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory care to patients, including diagnostic testing, therapy, and treatment planning.
Assist with mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary and ensuring patient comfort.
Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and home care techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Respiratory Therapy License in Washington State (RRT or CRT).
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
