Logistics Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Logistics Assistant positions in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities:

• Support headquarters meeting logistics by coordinating conference room setup, signage, catering placement, meeting supplies, and hospitality services.

• Manage administrative support functions including mail distribution, inventory management, supply stocking, copy machine maintenance, and kitchenette organization.

• Prepare and deliver coffee service for meetings, ensuring conference rooms and common areas are fully stocked and ready for guests and employees.

• Work closely with the Executive Assistant to support daily meeting operations, special projects, and other administrative duties in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, handle multiple priorities, and provide excellent internal customer service.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
