Team and Environment Wilson Rehabilitation & Nursing Center Commitment Bonus: $20,000 Schedule: 2X12 + 8 Job Location Type: In-person Our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit includes 90 beds (20 short-term rehabilitation, 70 long-term care). Our interdisciplinary team includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities As an RN Supervisor, oversee nursing operations on the assigned shift, coordinate resident care, support staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans. Implement, evaluate, and revise care plans based on resident needs and clinical changes. Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care. Provide clear communication and education to residents and families. Oversee medication administration, treatments, and clinical procedures. Ensure accurate, timely, and complete documentation. Assign and supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring competency and adherence to standards. Support orientation, training, and ongoing development of nursing staff. Investigate concerns, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions. Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe, organized work environment. Participate in process improvement, regulatory readiness, and quality initiatives. Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned, coordinating staffing and unit operations. Demonstrate professionalism, calm leadership, and strong resident advocacy. What We're Looking For A compassionate, organized nursing professional with strong clinical judgment, leadership capability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality resident care. Minimum Requirements Current, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina (or multistate). Graduation from an accredited Nursing Education program. Current BLS certification.
