About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 16:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital experience License: Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado (if applicable) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R), RCIS or RCES Must-Have: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience. Candidates must possess BLS and ACLS certifications. Candidates must have ARRT (R) and either RCIS or RCES certifications. Candidates with RCIS or RCES certifications must be willing and able to register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before starting work. Description: This position involves working in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting. Typical procedures performed include LHC, PCI, complex PCI, TAVR, PFO, LAAO, renal denervation, PE & DVT thrombectomy, EP ablations, devices, and peripheral procedures. The ideal candidate is adaptable, flexible, reliable, hardworking, a team player, and open to learning additional skills. On-call requirements usually consist of 1-2 nights a week and 1-2 rotating weekends in a 6-week schedule. Candidates will benefit from call teams covering nights and weekends, resulting in little to no call. This position offers exposure to a wide range of pediatric surgery, radiology, and cardiac procedures.
