LEAD JANITOR (FULL TIME)

We have an opening for a full time LEAD JANITOR position. Job Details Position: Lead Janitor (Full-Time) Location: Nestle – 3002 Afton Drive, Batavia, OH 45103 (Online applications only) Schedule: Full-time, Day shift available (details upon interview) Requirement: At least 2 years of experience Pay Range: $15.50 to $16.00 per hour Job Summary Performs administrative tasks, trains team members and oversees overall training activities for custodial associates. Acts as a resource for others due to knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and heavy commercial cleaning equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct classroom and hands‑on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies. Conduct one‑on‑one training as needed. Update and provide training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety. Copy training material and revise it as needed; conduct administrative tasks as requested. Provide feedback on new associates during orientation; review trainee records to ensure compliance. Make recommendations to the training coordinator for disciplinary action as appropriate. Perform reviews such as monthly safety performance review to ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management and other applicable company, federal, state and local requirements and policies. Perform walk‑through building inspections as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Earnings Pay Range: $15.50 to $16.00 per hour.
