What We're Looking For:

• Active Texas SLP license.
• Clinical experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations.
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP with a background in educational environments.
• Confidence supervising and mentoring an SLPA.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services within a school-based setting to meet students’ individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress to foster communication skills.
• Supervise, support, and guide the assigned SLPA, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings with faculty and families.
