System Float ICU RN (Midnights)

System Float ICU RN Contingent - 72 hours per month. Shift available: Midnights. GENERAL SUMMARY Under general supervision, demonstrates ability to handle nursing problems and, in general, an expanded group of nursing practices. Performs nursing intervention across a variety of nursing situations. Identifies patient problems prior to explicit changes in patient‑specific data collection (such as vital signs). EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. • Two to three (2‑3) years of recent related clinical nursing experience in the area of practice and a demonstrated level of performance required. • Willingness to float to multiple locations. • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. • Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES REQUIRED • Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. • Current ACLS, NRP, EFM, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS where required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
