Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical / Acute Neuro – Georgia

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, varies. This position supports overflow bed capacity in a dedicated acute neurology unit.

Highlights:

• Acute Neuro unit specializing in medical-surgical care for neurological patients
• Night shift assignment providing critical care during overnight hours
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required within specialty area
• Holiday commitment required: 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Non-local candidates preferred (50+ miles from facility)
• Opportunity to work with overflow bed capacity supporting patient census needs

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia (or compact state license)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical and/or Acute Neuro experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Candidates must reside 50+ miles from the facility location
