The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality set the example for the team on how to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. The Guest Services Supervisor will supervise and direct the team in offering guests a warm welcome to our hotel. They will also be the leader of information for the team to serve as a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area as they assist the guest to their room.If you are a detail-oriented person who enjoys engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow a career in hospitality with a world-class property.Your Role:Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experienceProvide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interestInteracts with all guests. The Supervisor will welcome each guest to our hotel.If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, you will open their door as you welcome them to the resort/hotelYou will be escorting and orienting the guest to the front desk for check-in.Provide leadership and direction for all front desk activities during assigned shifts.Deliver exceptional guest service and create positive guest experiences from arrival through departure.Assist guests with questions, concerns, requests, and service recovery in a timely and professional manner.Train, coach, motivate, and support Front Desk Agents to ensure service excellence.Monitor front desk operations, lobby presentation, and adherence to brand standards.Ensure accurate guest registration, billing, payment processing, and cash handling procedures.Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.Assist with room assignments, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests.Monitor guest feedback and communicate service improvement opportunities to management.Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.What are we looking for?Previous experience in as a hotel Bell Attendant or Supervisor is a plusHospitality industry experience is requiredAbility to remain calm and provide direction at all timesAbility to solve problems when they ariseAbility to work in a team environment is a mustPleasant and helpful personalityMust be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotelCompensation:$26.00-$26.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
