Parts Shipping & Receiving Specialist and Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Operations Unpack, verify, and log incoming shipments against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders while carefully documenting any damage or shortages. Pick, pack, label, and stage outgoing parts using proper protective padding and secure containers. Restock shelves, organize backstock, and participate in regular cycle counts to keep inventory accurate. Communicate effectively with carriers and internal departments regarding shipment tracking, and keep the loading dock and warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Parts Delivery Driving Safely load, secure, and transport parts to local repair shops and commercial accounts using optimized routes. Reconcile delivery invoices, capture recipient signatures, process returns/core charges, and collect payments on cash-on-delivery orders. Serve as the professional face of our dealership, build positive client relationships, and identify additional customer needs. Complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and promptly report any maintenance requirements. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must possess a valid Driver’s License with an active, clean motor vehicle record (MVR). Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Strong customer service background, forklift operations experience, a strong work ethic, and a courteous, team-first attitude. Ability to regularly lift 25-50 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. occasionally for heavier parts; the job involves considerable physical activity.
