Order to Cash Sales & Customer Fulfillment Lead Architect/SME

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD and S/4HANA to support business process design, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes and experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end SAP O2C processes , including sales order, delivery, shipping, billing, and customer payment processes.

Configure and support SAP SD functionalities related to O2C.

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

Configure sales orders, item categories, schedule lines, pricing, availability checks, deliveries, shipments, billing, and output determination.

Work with pricing, taxes, credit management, revenue recognition, and account determination processes.

Support integration between SAP SD and FI, MM, WM/EWM, and other modules .

Work with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, APIs, and integrations.

Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects.

Analyze business issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.

Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover, and production support activities.

Coordinate with business users, developers, architects, and external implementation partners.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and S/4HANA standards.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/O2C .

Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes .

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.

Strong knowledge of sales orders, deliveries, shipments, billing, pricing, and output management.

Experience with SD-FI integration and account determination.

Knowledge of credit management, taxation, and revenue-related processes.

Experience integrating SAP SD with FI, MM, WM/EWM, and external systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects .

Experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA embedded functionality.

Knowledge of SAP EDI, IDocs, APIs, and integration technologies .

Experience with SAP Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).

Knowledge of SAP BRIM, TM, EWM, or FSCM is a plus.

SAP SD/S/4HANA certification is preferred.
