Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is hiring an experienced Lead Drywall Technician to oversee field operations and lead our crew. Perfect for skilled craftsmen ready to take the next step in their career and help us become the best in North Austin!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Communicate with office staff and customers
Deliver a high-quality experience to the customer
Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing
Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines
Inspect completed work for quality assurance
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
Collect payment using the provided web-based tools
Manage materials and tools inventory
As the team grows:
Lead and mentor crew members on job sites
Train technicians on proper techniques and safety
Required Qualifications
Must speak English
Hands-on drywall experience with proven leadership abilities
Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Possess a growth mindset and be willing to learn the Hole In The Wall way!
