Weekend availability for scheduled network migration support is required.

We are hiring a  Network & Physical Security Systems Support Engineer to support network change windows, physical security systems, and day-to-day IT operations.

Requirements:

• Experience with network change validation and troubleshooting
• SD-Access (SDA) or similar SDN knowledge
• Genetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard experience
• IP camera infrastructure (AXIS or similar)
• IT support, provisioning, imaging, and asset management
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to work weekend change windows

Preferred:

• Genetec/Lenel, CCNA/CCNP, or AXIS certifications
• PowerShell or Python
• ServiceNow experience
• Financial services or healthcare background
