Temporary Recruiter

Temporary Recruiter opportunity in Eagan, MN (onsite) with ownership of the end-to-end candidate and recruiting process. Responsibilities Own recruiting execution for open roles, including job posting and ongoing updates Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and applications and conducting phone screens Coordinate and guide the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms Manage onboarding and the new hire process Oversee interview, selection, and closing activities from start to finish Ensure employment law and regulatory compliance across screening, hiring, and selection Complete reference checks as needed Stay current on recruiting trends, techniques, and best practices Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Experience: 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred) Strong communication skills, both oral and written Ability to build effective, cooperative working relationships based on trust Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfort making decisions independently Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations Technology Applicant tracking systems HRIS systems Microsoft Office Products Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance HSA & FSA options 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution Long-term and Short-term Disability insurance Company-paid Life insurance Voluntary Life, Accident, and other supplemental insurance Pet insurance Vacation, sick, and paid holidays Learning and development opportunities Compensation: USD 25–30 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr NORTHWEST RESPIRATORY SERVICES LLC
