Imaging Services Supervisor
Location: Pembroke Pines, Florida

Summary: Supervises the daily activities of assigned Imaging staff.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and approves payroll for direct reports.
- Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Develops and implements action plans to meet and exceed performance improvement and safety initiatives.
- Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
- Trains, coaches, and evaluates staff performance and sets expectations.
- Leads service recovery efforts regarding complex patient issues and complaints to facilitate resolution.
- Orders supplies and maintains appropriate inventory level in accordance with established budget.
- Assists with the preparation of the operational capital budget under the guidance of Imaging leadership.
- Performs staff responsibilities, as needed, to fulfill required service levels.

Additional Job Information:
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
