Compensation
·       $20.00 - $24.00 per hour to start. Nearly double your salary after training!
·       $500 bonuses for new clients you bring in
·       $500 bonuses for new employees you refer
·       Additional performance based bonuses! 

What You'll Do

• Deliver world-class, personalized evidence-based strength training sessions to clients with amazing customer service.
• Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
• Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones

 
Who You Are

• No personal training certification is required
• Strong verbal communication skills
