Job Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, tools, and facility systems
• Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing components
• Conduct equipment inspections, safety checks, and lockout/tagout procedures
• Fabricate parts and maintain shop equipment as needed
• Support facility upkeep including lighting, painting, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Assist with inventory handling, receiving, and warehouse operations
• Document maintenance activities and complete data entry
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on maintenance projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of work experience
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Forklift experience and valid driver's license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Work in industrial environments including high heat conditions
• Perform physically demanding tasks safely

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar)
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge
• Class B CDL or DOT certification
