Pay Rate

$17.00 per hour
Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM
Up to 2 Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Must be flexible with scheduling, as training may include a later shift ending at 7:00 PM.

What You'll Do as a Customer Service & Warehouse Support Specialist

Welcome customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate team members

Assist customers with daily order pickups and returns

Organize and prepare warehouse orders with accuracy and efficiency

Sort labels, records, documents, and files

Process invoices, mailings, envelopes, and shipping paperwork

Prepare and coordinate truck shipments

Schedule trucks as needed

Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages

Photocopy documents and maintain office records

Support the Office Manager with daily responsibilities

Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Data entry and general computer experience

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

AS400 experience is a plus, but not required

Willingness to work weekday and weekend overtime when needed

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
