The Director of Agent Experience & Marketing serves as the face of the Market Center while providing marketing and branding support to our agents and leadership team.

This person creates exceptional first impressions for agents, clients, and guests while helping agents elevate their visibility through marketing, social media, video content, and branding support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and are excited to support both the operational and marketing needs of a growing real estate organization.

Compensation- $60,000 - $75,000 with potential bonus opportunities tied to marketing services, event execution, and performance metrics.

Front Desk & Member Experience

• Greet agents, clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk inquiries
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area
• Support office communication and announcements
• Assist leadership team members with administrative tasks
• Help communicate the value and benefits of Market Center programs and services
• Conduct care calls and event reminders
• Assist with reports, data entry, and office projects
• Enter listings into the MLS as needed
• Support office events and training programs

Social Media & Content Support

• Maintain social media channels for the Market Centers
• Capture photos and videos during office events, trainings, and celebrations
• Create and schedule content that highlights agent success, office culture, community involvement, and listings
• Assist with video production and editing for agent and office marketing
• Help execute content strategies that increase engagement and visibility

Agent Marketing & Branding Support

• Provide marketing support to agents for listings, open houses, and personal branding initiatives
• Create marketing materials, including flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional assets
• Assist agents with video content creation and social media best practices
• Support agent marketing consultations and training opportunities
• Help maintain templates, branding resources, and marketing systems

Marketing Campaigns & Events

• Assist with recruiting campaigns, office events, and special initiatives
• Promote classes, workshops, and Market Center events
• Support email marketing and internal communications
• Track engagement metrics and campaign performance
• Help coordinate marketing timelines and project deliverables

• 1-3+ years of customer service, administrative support, marketing, or communications experience
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Hospitality-minded with a passion for serving others
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Learning-based, proactive, and solution-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Canva or graphic design experience
• Social media management
• Video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
• CRM and email marketing platform familiarity
• MLS experience preferred
• Real estate industry experience is a plus
