Director of Pharmacy

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Plans, directs, organizes, and leads all aspects of the operations and maintenance of the pharmacy. Orders, supplies, and maintains an adequate supply of drugs to all nursing units. Acts as a drug information resource for medical staff, nursing staff, and patients. Report to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes. Performs Other Job Duties As Needed And/or As Assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Five years of registered pharmacist experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Requires a minimum of two years of pharmacy management experience (long-term acute care experience is preferred). Basic Computer Skills Are Required.
