Job Description Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and biotechnology, is looking for a " Sr Laboratory Technician - Operations" based out of Branchburg, NJ. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $27/hr on W2 The Oligonucleotide Development Group seeks a Laboratory Technician to support purification method development, downstream processing, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides. This role involves hands-on lab work, process troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production and support scale-up activities. Key Responsibilities: Performpurification, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides usingHPLC, UV-VIS, and related techniques. Supportproduction operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, OSHA, and cGMPstandards. Documentexperiments, production data, and results in SAP, LIMS, or other systems. Monitorlab supplies, equipment calibration, and maintenance. Participatein experimental design, protocol development, and technical reporting. Contributeto process improvement, new platform development, and scale-upinitiatives. Provideinput on new equipment, procedures, and SOPs. Qualifications: Bachelor'sdegree Knowledgeof cGMP, lab safety, and production support in a regulated environment. Strongdocumentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
