Admissions Coordinator (part-time)

Admissions Coordinator Location: Westborough, MA – Inpatient Acute Treatment Services (ATS) Program Schedule: Part-time – Sunday, Monday, and Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Pay: $20.50 per hour Responsibilities Conduct intakes, complete admission paperwork, schedule clients, and screen clients during the admissions process. Ensure a safe and secure environment through effective management of the waiting area. Answer incoming calls to the admissions department and transfer or direct callers appropriately. Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a healthcare or customer service field (preferred). Experience in substance abuse or mental health field (preferred). Excellent verbal, social, and writing communication skills. Demonstrated independent judgment to resolve problems and act in emergencies. Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
