As a Data Architect on our team, you'll translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan by performing data access analysis and develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of the data strategy. You'll define, design, and build dimensional and relational databases, develop data warehousing blueprints, evaluate hardware and software platforms, and integrate systems. You'll leverage Agile design approaches to develop, manage, evaluate, and improve tools and processes, and develop and implement enterprise data strategies for the management and sharing of data and ensure that enterprise data assets are governed by a comprehensive data management approach. Through your leadership, we'll help transform the way the customer uses technology including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. As a technical leader, you'll shape the digital solutions business and identify opportunities for growth. You Have: 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in Project Management or IT DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification PMI Certification, such as PgMP or PMP ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification Nice If You Have: Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW) Experience reviewing vendor proposals and vendor management to align contracts and SLAs Experience with performance-based and award fee contracts Knowledge of DoD project or program management practices Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams of 150+ personnel, work independently, and anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams Master's degree in Project Management or IT SAFe Program Consultant Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
