With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a **Site Supervisor** in the **Boston, Massachusetts Area.**The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining safety and security at all times.We are looking for a candidate with fill availability.The **Security Site Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of an assigned security guard team to ensure the safety and security of post location and perimeter. From exhibiting professionalism and tact when responding to escalated situations to providing mentorship and guidance in support of the security team, the Security Field Supervisor works in conjunction with HR and Operations teams to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols.**Position Requirements*** Valid Driver's License* Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus* Exceptional work ethic* Minimum 5 years of experience in security* Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision**Here is some of what we offer our valued security staff*** Weekly pay* Internal growth opportunities* Flexible scheduling opportunities* Employee PERKS program, including discounts on everyday purchases with many of our partners.**Compensation**: $20.50 an hour**Schedule:** Saturday- Wednesday 1:30PM-9:00PM *(Thursday and Friday off)*Founded in 1985, Arrow has perfected our approach to high quality security.
