Are you competitive, self-motivated, and ready to control your income? Syntrio is hiring driven Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Consultants to introduce residents to our high-speed fiber internet services.

This role combines a bi-weekly salary payout with monthly commission payments and residual income , offering both income stability and strong upside potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned existing and expansion residential neighborhoods
• Present solutions tailored to customer needs
• Close sales and accurately complete customer orders
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
• Utilize Syntrio’s CRM

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check & drug screen
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking or standing for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience preferred but not required
