What You Will Do

As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our office. You’ll help create a welcoming environment while providing administrative support that keeps daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member 

• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner 

• Respond to general inquiries or direct questions to the correct department 

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries 

• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area 

• Support internal teams with clerical and administrative needs as assigned 

• Follow company procedures and uphold confidentiality standards 

• Represent the company positively in all interactions

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, reliable, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people.

Qualifications include: 

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Professional demeanor and customer‑service mindset 

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment 

• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office 

• Dependability and strong attention to detail

Education requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required

Work Environment

This position is office‑based and involves regular interaction with staff, visitors, and callers. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, and communicate clearly in person and by phone.
