You will serve as a motivator and guide to participants, delivering positive experiences through expert instruction, enthusiasm, and a commitment to health and safety. Role Scope & Responsibilities:Lead group fitness classes in your certified format with professionalism, energy, and clear instructionDeliver an exceptional experience to participants, focusing on form, safety, and motivationArrive fully prepared to teach your assigned classesIf unable to teach a scheduled class, find a qualified substitute and notify the Group Fitness Manager in advanceQualifications & Experience:0–1 years of experience in personal training, small group training, and/or group fitness instructionGeneral knowledge and experience in kinesiology, exercise science, and physical fitnessMust hold a current certification for the applicable class format (e.g., Les Mills or similar)
