To support specialized hiring in motorsports and performance automotive, the full-time salaried Senior Technical Sourcer will proactively source and engage niche talent, assess candidate fit, and build strong talent pipelines in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Proactively source and engage passive candidates across specialized automotive and engineering markets Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidate fit and advocate for top talent to recruiters and stakeholders Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience Experience in motorsports, performance automotive, or high-performance engineering strongly preferred Proven success in sourcing technical and specialized automotive talent Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
