Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging tennis lessons and group clinics for youth players of varying skill levels Teach fundamental tennis techniques including stroke mechanics, footwork, and court positioning Create a safe, positive, and encouraging training environment for all participants Monitor and track player progress, providing constructive feedback to athletes and parents Organize and facilitate drills, match play, and skill-building activities Ensure proper use and maintenance of tennis equipment and court facilities Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program coordinators Requirements: Previous experience coaching or teaching tennis, especially to youth players Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, rules, and game strategy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents Patient, motivating, and enthusiastic demeanor with young athletes Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends About Us: Youth Athletes United is a dedicated fitness and athletic training organization based in Delray Beach, FL, committed to developing well-rounded, confident athletes from the ground up.
