Job Overview and Qualifications

In the role of Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and state-specific practice standards. Working closely with medical professionals and the care team, you will deliver tailored, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Evaluating the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carrying out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administering prescribed medications, observing the patient for therapeutic responses, and taking appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Delivering exceptional care by responding swiftly to patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and addressing them effectively.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terminology.

Qualifications Required:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 6 months of starting employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• No travel is required.
• No prior experience is necessary.
