At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, we pride ourselves on hiring the very best massage therapists. Since we opened our Leawood location in September 2016, our massage client base has exploded. Although we are a franchise, we have the look and feel of a day spa. Our employee culture sets us apart. We work great together as a team, and we value our employees as much as our clients. We do not overbook our therapists or require non-competes, and our compensation structure is best in class. We look to build lasting relationships with our staff.
We have many opportunities for career growth. We will be looking for leadership positions as we continue to expand in the Kansas City market. Massage Therapist Job Requirements:
- Complete a minimum of 500 hours of study per local licensing requirements
- MBLEX not required for Leawood
- Must adhere to local regulations
- Must be skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Must carry personal liability insurance
- Must be willing and able to pass background check and license verification.
- Available to work flexible days & hours
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
