Yo're strtegic, reltionship-focse fnrising leer who combines big-pictre thinking with strong exection. Yo bring five or more yers of progressively responsible nonprofit fnrising experience, incling responsibility for revene gols n evelopment strtegy, long with emonstrte sccess cltivting n soliciting significnt inivil gifts. Yo're comfortble with bgets, forecsts, performnce t, onor technology, igitl commnictions, n tem leership. Strong commniction, jgment, orgniztion, reltionship-mngement, n project-mngement skills re essentil. bchelor's egree or eqivlent combintion of ection, trining, n relevnt experience is reqire.

• Preferre, bt not reqire: CFRE creentil or interest in prsing certifiction; experience with onorPerfect, Constnt Contct, WorPress, or comprble pltforms; n experience with mjor-gift or plnne-giving progrms or commnity-bse nonprofits.

Work Environment

This is fll-time, primrily on-site position in Wentchee, Wshington, with reglr work in n niml-shelter environment. Essentil fnctions my be performe with or withot resonble ccommotion.
