Minimum 3-5 years of application support, systems administration, or business systems experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience diagnosing application issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to support business operations.Knowledge of application administration, system configuration, user access management, and troubleshooting, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, process improvement, and operational efficiency.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise business systems; experience with Fiserv, Salesforce, LaserPro, digital banking, treasury management, or lending platforms preferred.Your responsibilities as the Application Support Analyst will include:Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for assigned banking applications, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining configurations, and ensuring optimal application performance and availability.Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions, workflow enhancements, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and support business objectives.Act as the primary liaison between business users, software vendors, and IT teams, coordinating issue resolution, managing vendor relationships, supporting system upgrades, and participating in implementation and enhancement projects.Maintain application security, user access controls, and system documentation while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, compliance initiatives, and adherence to organizational policies and industry requirements.Monitor application health, identify risks and improvement opportunities, support cybersecurity and vulnerability remediation efforts, and ensure business-critical systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with operational needs.If you are a technology-focused professional who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with diverse teams, and leveraging technology to improve business operations, we encourage you to apply.
