Position Overview Lead Teller – Retail Bank Organization, Jupiter Farms Branch, Jupiter Farms, FL 33478. Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring tellers, managing customer interactions, promoting financial products, and ensuring compliance with policies. Requirements: Bilingual Spanish. Job Description Coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience, aiming to improve customer financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives, identify banking opportunities, and refer as appropriate. Lead lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Maintain clear communication, transaction handling, and problem resolution. Assist branch manager in performance management and new hire selection processes. Adhere to all policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment within limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
